Is billing monthly or annual?
Billing is annual, in one payment. The monthly equivalent is only a reference: no monthly billing or installments have been announced. Free apps do not require a subscription.
How much will I pay at renewal?
Klikvia Complete renews at $29/year. Individually: KlikShot, $22/year; KlikBar, $12/year; KlikKeys, $8/year; KlikCode, $13/year; KlikRename, $12/year; KlikShelf, $8/year; KlikStats, $8/year. Free apps stay free.
Can I subscribe to just one app?
Yes. KlikShot, KlikBar, KlikKeys, KlikCode, KlikRename, KlikShelf and KlikStats will have individual subscriptions. You can also choose Klikvia Complete. All offers are still coming soon.
How many Macs can I use?
A personal license allows use on up to two Macs owned by the same person. The license cannot be shared between people.
Can I use it professionally?
Yes. Personal and professional use is allowed, within the limit of one person per license and up to two of their own Macs.
What happens when I cancel?
Canceling stops the next renewal. Access to paid features continues until the end of the period already paid. When that period ends, access to paid features ends.
Will my files stay accessible?
Yes. Files already created or renamed are preserved. Paid features stop being available when the subscription ends. In KlikRename, the report and the recovery review of a batch already started stay accessible, with no block from the license; that review depends on checks of the files.
Do the free apps require a subscription?
No. KlikAwake, KlikClean, KlikMirror, KlikPaste and KlikPlain are free regardless of any subscription, with no temporary trial or tie to Klikvia Complete. They stay free even if you do not subscribe or after you cancel a paid plan.
Does the plan include future apps?
Yes. All Klikvia apps for Mac, current and future, join Complete as they are released, with no extra subscription, while your subscription is active.
Which macOS versions are compatible?
The required macOS version varies by app. See each product page for the minimum requirement and the versions already tested.
